About Me
I am a strength & fitness professional and a licensed massage therapist. I train and educate people to become stronger, move better, and feel more resilient. In my practice of massage therapy, I focus primarily on sports & orthopedic injuries. I also offer common-sense advice on healthy weight management (e.g. gaining muscle and losing fat). I am guided by science, practical application, and personal experience.
